The pollen problem and a radical solution!

So I was reading the student printz the other day when I came across an article talking about the pollen problem on campus and how to fix it. I thought it was really interesting and by interesting i mean funny because clearly his solution was perhaps one of the worst solutions that i have ever heard. So I will briefly outline it for you.
It started off normal. It stated the problem. It simply said that the pollen problem on campus is bad. This is a true statement, but the pollen problem is bad no matter where you go in the south (and possibly the north to, but I have not spent enough time there to tell you about it). But that was not the funny part of the article. The funny part of the article came in his solution.
It sounded like he was going to give a normal solution. Then all of a sudden, out of the blue he proposes that we cut all the oak trees down and replace them with fake trees. He is very well researched, he knows exactly what this is going to cost. His only problem is that he fails to realize that cutting down all of the trees is the dumbest idea ever. I mean i'm no tree hugger but cutting down all the trees is just strait up a bad idea. I mean we do need oxygen!
